Innovation in real estate through virtual tours.
Background :
Virtubâtis is a certification project focused on real estate innovation; it is an application that enables smooth and immersive virtual tours of properties. The mission involved overseeing the entire design cycle, from initial research to the validation of the final prototype through user testing.
I implemented :
Dual Research Methodology : Market analysis (secondary research) followed by a phase of primary research to validate innovation hypotheses.
Ideation Workshops on Miro : Organization of collaborative workshops to brainstorm key features and information architecture.
Iterative Prototyping (Figma) : Development of an initial version tested with real users, followed by a V2 incorporating all feedback to achieve a professional level of polish.
Results :
Virtubâtis demonstrates how design can turn a constraint (distance) into an opportunity through an immersive and effective interface. This project highlights my expertise in using Miro and Figma together to successfully complete complex design projects.
