Boost the visibility of a training organization through content and targeted advertising.

Background :

As the head of marketing and communications, my role was to oversee the Academy’s entire digital presence. The challenge was to build an engaged community around in-person training programs while generating direct conversions for the e-learning offerings through paid advertising campaigns.

What I implemented :

Multichannel content creation : Design and writing of daily posts tailored to the guidelines of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. I ensured a balance between informative (industry advice), institutional, and promotional content.

High-quality photography : Capturing professional photos during training sessions. Using high-precision equipment allowed me to capture the learners’ immersion and emotion, bringing an authenticity essential to the brand.

Social Ads management (Paid media) : Setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Worked on precisely targeting dental healthcare professionals to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of sales funnels.

Graphic design and storytelling : Creation of impactful visuals adhering to a premium color palette (black, gold, and acid green), facilitating immediate recognition of the Academy in subscribers’ news feeds.

Results :

This comprehensive strategy has transformed the Academy’s social media channels into a powerful driver of growth. The combination of authentic, professional visuals and targeted ads has significantly increased engagement rates and the number of enrollments in both in-person and online courses.
