The main goal of this redesign was to transform our digital showcase into a powerful tool for demonstrating our expertise. The aim was to modernize the interface to provide a smoother browsing experience, while reinforcing our brand identity one that is both rooted in its local context (the .bzh domain) and focused on innovation. The new site had to meet strict performance criteria to ensure optimal visibility and exemplary accessibility.

What I implemented :

UX audit and conversion strategy : In-depth analysis of friction points in the old user journey to design intuitive navigation that makes it easier to access our portfolio and areas of expertise.

UI Design and brand identity : Creation of a cohesive Design System in Figma, implementing Coqueliko’s brand guidelines (typography, color palettes, micro-interactions) for an immediate visual immersion.

WordPress and Elementor integration : Development of a modular, 100% responsive, and customized architecture, enabling simplified updates to our projects while ensuring a robust technical foundation.

Technical SEO andperformance : Advanced optimization of semantic markup, precise management of 301 redirects to preserve domain history, and resource compression for ultra-fast loading times.

Portfolio highlighting : Implementation of dynamic page templates to showcase our flagship collaborations (SNSM, Labocéa, Tourist Offices) with a focus on storytelling and imagery.
