The synergy between print and digital to boost the visibility of a training organization.
Background :
The challenge of this project was to design a strong physical visual identity to complement the academy’s in-person training programs. The goal was twofold: to establish brand recognition at “Global Management” events and to create direct links to e-learning offerings through strategic and elegant materials.
What I implemented :
Design of pop-up display (Illustrator) : Creation of a large, eye-catching display designed to promote the brand image. This display was designed to serve as a backdrop for group photos, thereby boosting viral marketing and the company’s social media presence.
Design of plexiglass displays (InDesign & Canva) : Creation of promotional table displays used during training sessions. These visuals incorporate strategic QR codes allowing participants to instantly access exclusive promotions on e-learning modules.
Marketing activation on Systeme.io : In addition to the physical materials, I configured promotional funnels on Systeme.io to ensure a seamless user experience from scanning the QR code to purchasing the online training.
Multichannel brand consistency : Rigorous monitoring of compliance with the brand guidelines (colors, typography, logos) to ensure a smooth transition between print communication materials and the digital training interface.
Results :
Thanks to this 360° approach, the C2S Academy has transformed its in-person training programs into powerful tools for driving sign-ups for its digital offerings. Participants benefit from a cohesive and professional learning experience, while the company gains access to long-lasting, high-impact marketing materials designed to drive conversions.
