UX Design for intuitive and secure mobility.

Background :

This research and design project aimed to develop a ride-sharing app capable of competing with market leaders by emphasizing accessibility and ease of use. The challenge was to understand users’ psychological barriers in order to offer a reassuring and user-friendly alternative.

I implemented :

User research and personas : Conducting in-depth interviews with two distinct user groups (regular users vs. new users) to identify needs and pain points.

User Journey : Comprehensive mapping of the Miro experience to ensure user-friendly navigation and an intuitive onboarding process.

Interactive interface Design : Creation of a high-fidelity prototype incorporating modern principles of the sharing economy.

Results :

The study resulted in a human-centered application concept, in which every stage of the journey is designed to reduce the cognitive load on the driver and passenger. This project demonstrated my ability to translate theoretical research into concrete design solutions.
